Pay your deposit to lock in your slot. Choose a whole, half, or quarter. Your price per pound is set at this point.

Fill Out Your Cut Sheet

Before butcher date

Tell the butcher exactly how you want your beef cut from steak thickness, roast size, ground beef ratio, and more. You have until 1 week before butcher day to get it done.

We Transport to T-K Processing

Butcher day

We transport the cattle to T-K Processing in Caรฑon City and drop off your cut sheet in person.

Dry Age 21โ€“24 Days

3 weeks later

Your beef is dry-aged for 21โ€“24 days for maximum tenderness and flavor.

Cut, Vacuum-Sealed & Labeled

After aging

Everything is cut to your specs, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen.

You Pick It Up

Est. 4โ€“5 weeks after butcher

Schedule your pickup via email. Pay your remaining balance and load up. Your beef is frozen solid and ready to go.
