Pricing varies by purchase size
Whole beef: $8.00/lb ยท Half beef: $8.25/lb ยท Quarter beef: $8.50/lb. The more you buy, the better the price.
Transportation & processing included
Your price covers everything from raising, transport to the butcher, processing, vacuum sealing, and labeling.

Fill Out Your Cut Sheet
Before butcher dateTell the butcher exactly how you want your beef cut from steak thickness, roast size, ground beef ratio, and more. You have until 1 week before butcher day to get it done.
We Transport to T-K Processing
Butcher dayWe transport the cattle to T-K Processing in Caรฑon City and drop off your cut sheet in person.
Dry Age 21โ24 Days
3 weeks laterYour beef is dry-aged for 21โ24 days for maximum tenderness and flavor.
Cut, Vacuum-Sealed & Labeled
After agingEverything is cut to your specs, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen.
You Pick It Up
Est. 4โ5 weeks after butcherSchedule your pickup via email. Pay your remaining balance and load up. Your beef is frozen solid and ready to go.
